Create a 3 Layer Tech Border Signature in Photoshop, No brushes Required
Select the Polygon Lasso Tool located under this icon 
. Press Ctrl + Shift + i to invert it then fill it with #CCCCCC. I left this out because i’ve made the 1 and 2 layer tech borders for a different web designing place. Due to it having their logo on it i didnt think it was a good idea to put it on here.
